Whether you are brand new or already training, we would love to have you on the mats. Check out our weekly classes and upcoming open mat dates below.

Weekly Class Schedule

Our weekly schedule is simple, consistent, and beginner friendly.

Tuesday

BJJ Gi

5:30 PM to 7:00 PM

Train grips, control, escapes, passing, submissions, and solid fundamentals in the gi.

Thursday

No-Gi

5:30 PM to 7:00 PM

Work wrestling, movement, positional control, submissions, and no-gi specific technique.

Friday

No-Gi

6:30 PM to 8:30 PM

End the week with no-gi training, drilling, live rounds, and a great room of teammates.

Upcoming Open Mats

Open Mat is held every other Saturday at 11:45 AM. Come drill, roll, ask questions, and get extra mat time.
