Our weekly schedule is simple, consistent, and beginner friendly.

Train grips, control, escapes, passing, submissions, and solid fundamentals in the gi.
5:30 PM to 7:00 PM
Work wrestling, movement, positional control, submissions, and no-gi specific technique.
6:30 PM to 8:30 PM
End the week with no-gi training, drilling, live rounds, and a great room of teammates.
Open Mat is held every other Saturday at 11:45 AM. Come drill, roll, ask questions, and get extra mat time.
The hardest part is walking through the door. Your first two weeks are free, and no previous experience is needed.
